Shipping & Delivery Policy

VasulBook is an online software service sold by VasulBook. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

1. How the service is delivered

• The free trial starts immediately when you create your account on www.vasulbook.com.
• After a successful payment, your subscription is activated instantly in your account, and a receipt is sent to your registered email address.
• You can use VasulBook in any web browser, or install it on your phone’s home screen from the website. There is nothing to ship and no delivery charge.

2. If activation is delayed

In rare cases a payment confirmation from the bank or Razorpay can take a few minutes. If your subscription is not active within 30 minutes of a successful payment, please write to info@vasulbook.com with your registered email address and Razorpay payment ID. We will activate it within 24 hours, or refund the payment in full as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Service area

VasulBook is offered to businesses in India and prices are charged in Indian Rupees.
